I have a 2006 sti fully stock and want to get a Cobb Ap, does anyone think its a good step getting this??

Yes! You can run stage 1 with the car stock. Then all you need is a downpipe to go stage 2.

My Stage 2 06 wrx is faster than your stock sti. :D

That's my understanding. Stage 1 you can do stock with the AP Stage 1 maps, and Stage 2 simply requres adding turbo back.

This is the same plan that I have. My research says it will be worth it, but I haven't even had my first oil change yet (2k miles) so I'm not ready to start performance mods. AP will be my first step.
