Help.......I am having a spolier painted for MY02 Silver WRX. I don't have access to my car today (my wife took it today) and they are asking me for my paint code so they can start the job today. Doing a search, I found a code 01G. Can anyone help me and confirm that 01G is in fact the proper code? Thanks my sube breatheren...Mark

You paint shop must a bunch of retards, the paint code is right in the VIN number. I have a silver I think my body shop buy told me it was something like 01G or 0G1....:rolleyes:

J3610 SS 000

Anyone know where I can get a bottle? I ordered from my dealer 3 months ago and its STILL on backorder!

djerickd i had to have my dealer make me a bottle of touchup paint from their bodyshop. looking at a 4-6 mth wait on it if ordered

I got my touch-up paint from Subaruparts.com in less than a week. It is the correct color (the stuff the dealer got for me was Silverthorn, not Platinum Silver). I think they charged $3.50 or something like that.

My dealer accepted that part number from me over the phone and confirmed it to be Platinum Silver with no prompting.

Stevens Creek tried to pass me the Silverthorn after waiting for the real thing for over 3 weeks. I rejected it. Make sure you get the 01G. I am still waiting for my from them. Charged over $8. Its been over a month.
