Are they out of business? Or closed? Or on vacation? If so, they ripped me off hard. I paid 160.00 for some stuff, they never sent it to me and they never credited my credit card for my attempted purchase. Did mention that I placed the order in March? And that I have talked to them about either sending me the stuff they charged me for, or crediting the money back to my credit card? I dont get it. Even on the I-club, some people can be shady.

dude, the exact same thing happened to me
I ordered a shirt from them in like Feb or March and finally got my money back in like July after 2 months of hounding that dude every day. He said he actually truely shipped the shirt on at least 3 seperate occasions so I was like well which time did you actually ship it. He just lies out his ass all the time. Then he tried to say that he refunded the money on my credit card and that it takes 45 days for it to show up on my internet statement. That's total BS because I returned something to walmart and when I got home I checked and it was on the statement not 30 minutes after they had refunded the money. Just keep after him!!!
It's kind of sad that the aftermarket is so huge that people will deal with TRI because there aren't that many others to deal with.

Dan at Vividwireless is the total opposite though, you should buy from him whenever possible. He doesn't like to come down on prices too much but the service is great so I don't mind.

I am gonna have to disagree with you on the PM thing. I do think this belongs in the vendor review section, but the more people that discuss their problems will make less problems for everyone else in the long run.
Although this topic "may" have been beaten to death by other members, if this person is concerned about HIS or HER money that they worked for, than they have every right in the world to talk about it in a post.
And if you feel that an open forum is NOT the way to settle things, then we should all exchange email addresses and have this web site shut down :rolleyes:

I have to take much the same road sidewayz is... whining on the board about your troubles with a vendor won't solve them. Call and speak with Chris Tripp or PM/email Faraz- they are busy people, but I guarantee if you try you can get ahold of one of them. Nobody is going to solve your problems for you. You and Chris or you and Faraz need to take care of your issue... the other 9493 other members of the board can't. I personally have resolved any issues I may have had with TRI, and get excellent service from them. I know that is not the case for everyone, and that is why we have a vendor review forum ;).

I'm not defending anyone here, but KURB21 didn't post this to bitch about anyone, he simply asked a question about the status of TRI. You guys are right, he could have looked around and seen that maybe Chris is really busy and just given him

A. the benefitof the doubt, and
B. A call
