Starts at 8am. for those who would like to help with preparation and some "open track" time. For more details and a head count, call Speed Gear at 946-0862. Hey nightmare! It sounds like some major fun! Is this for wrx's only? Hmmm too bad my car don't have turbo or anything fast... :D I'm still going through major auto-x withdrawl... Maybe I'll drop by...

NightmareOnSubySt

Shin, it's an invite to the "Subaru gang", so that's EVERYONE! He just needs a head count for those who want to participate...if not enough interest, he will not have a "special session" for us...he will just continue with the rest of his event. Or something like that... :alien: <---WHOA! ...there it is again!

:alien: <---that my friends, looks like an eukaryotic cell spliced with chlorplasts for photosynthetic process stored in a cytoskeleton with a nucleolus full of endoplasmic pigments and what seems like a intermediate pseudopoderous flagellum exerting from both sides of the microtubules with monoptical sensory ability.....:alien: right????

Who's planning on going out there?
Farid said he'd do a "Subaru only" event in the morning for us so we can show off what we can do! (Safely, of course!) Then later on there will be a drifting event, short track, slalom, etc.

He'd like to get an idea of what Subaru guys/gals are going to come out.

:alien: <---?

I went down to speedgear yesterday. Farid wasn't there, but dylan said that the free lapping sesion would be at around 12, so I should come by 11 o'clock. Correct me if I'm wrong... I'll try to drop by again to find more details, maybe dylan made a mistake... Anyways, tell me if I'm wrong cause I'd hate to miss this event.

NoLimitWRX

When I talked to Farid, he was saying more like 9 or 9:30. And if we had people out there we could have a session in the morning before the rest of the events started, which he said would be around 10:30 - 11:30. I guess it just depends on Who shows up.

Oh yeah, you should see my tires, or actually my right front tire It was all ripped up! Really bad... when I decided to take the McRae line through turn one and drifted off and back on to the course :D

Shin RS
10-01-2001, 12:26 AM
Yeah, nightmare, both me and the tires  Though most people say the fastest way through a turn is on the apex, sometimes it's better off road

By the way, Major thanks to Poser, After the event he followed me and leila to her house in kapolei to drop off my car, and then took us to town and back so that we could take the 17's and replace them for my wasted 16" BFG's. Thanks alot, for the help and the use of your jack, jay, it was very much appreciated! :D
