Anybody have any info on these tires, I seen them on the HPA Jetta at the Chicago Auto Show. Or does anyone have these on their car? Preferably WRB...

I've seen 'em, but never on a Subaru. I'd love to get 4 of those for the latter of the two listed!

Buying tires based on coloring or the smoke they give off when doing burnouts is the dumbest idea evAr!!!

I do not want any color other than black on my tires.

If I can get performance and a certain style then I dont mind looking into it. I wouldn't buy the tire if it wasn't any good on performance. But they are Michelin Pilots. Its just my SO-3 are getting to that point and just looking at options.

That's one of Michelins older tire styles. Brand new TR6s had Michelin X-Redlines when they were new from the factory. Hopefully they are back in production.

That Jetta is absolutely ridiculous. I want it, very badly.

if you ignore the looks (well, I guess we have subarus, right? :)) it is pretty tempting.
My '69 Charger came stock with red stripes (GoodYear I believe). When I got it 22 years ago it still had the original one for the spare. .....I guess I might consider it "retro" before calling it "rice".
...here's the only example I could find with a quick search:
