Having a problem installing HKS Type 1 turbo timer.
/searched, too much; posted before, no input

MY99, OEM keyless entry + $31 alarm upgrade as seen on scoobymods (for those who doesn't know, it's a kit for legacy with the only difference from impreza in the ignition bypass connector)
however - I ended up taking the bypass off, so what I have is the TT harness hooked in

I cut the #6 green wire on the alarm module for ignition +12V

TT connected properly (didn't hook up speed/rev wires to the ecu, don't need it)

Shut off the car, TT counting down, engage alarm, 4 secs pass and the alarm goes off

I followed the instructions, I followed the search results.

What the hell is wrong with it

Vibration sensor too sensitive...?
find, adjust, retest.

My wrx does that too. It's only once in a while though, and not every time I shut the car off. I think it has something to do with vibrations as well, but since it only does it so sporadically I don't worry about it.
