how much and where can i get the ballast and wire harness for JDm hid headlights for a bugeye.

Any OEM hid ballast from any car will actually work with those. Subaru use Matsush(i)ta ballasts. They are also found on Nissans and Infinitis. Go to the buy/sell forum on hidplanet.com there are always a few ballasts for sale. Ballasts run about $150-180. As for the harness. You will most likely have to make your own upgraded harness or have someone make it for you. You can ask for that service over at hidplanet as well. That is where all the HID retro gurus hang out.
