I have the APS 725 with the FP Green. It comes in around 3800-4000. First gear doesn't seem to really pull.

But my main thing is that the car bucks bad in between shifts and loses boost. Anyone have any experience with this type of behavior with a big FMIC?

I have a TXS FMIC with a Green and it does not buck between shifts or any time. You have a coupler thats come loose or is not tight - or perhaps the tune is not quite right.

oh.. and 1st gear pulls like a raped ape.

Is your car tuned for the FMIC? If not, that would be the first place to start. If so, check your BOV - if you have an adjustable one you might want to try changing the settings.

Are you running an aftermarket intake, and if so, is your MAF calibration correct?

are you tuned at all?

check your clamps, BOV, and 02 censor

i have the Perrin FMIC with a GT30r, and other goodies. never bucke`d, and full throttle there really isnt a first gear, lol.

Don't blame the FMIC. blame the tune.

dr725 + sz55 here. No bucking and first gear pulls hard and goes by so fast that i need to watch out for the redline. tuned by me.
