so i went to KTR today and my car dynoed @ 177HP STOCK!
i have a vid
i have to get someone to scan the syno sheet though
i wasnt expecting so much HP i wasing thinking around 160 tops

thats alot on a stock car for that dyno. I dynoed around 200 at ktr with a cobb stg2.

Wow, that makes that 177hp seem a heck of a lot higher...

well.... i dunno if this has anything to do with it but the muffler was off the car
i was in the process of putting a muffler on but the flange didnt fit so i kept it off cuz i plan on putting the Helix TBE on the car in a couple of weeks
so it dynoed with no muffler

That's a lot of restriction removed, but I don't think it would be all that much since the two cats after the turbo were still there.

Some have posted dyno runs of catbacks netting them 10-15hp to give you an idea... (on a stock car)

That's pretty impressive, didn't know that at all. I had always heard catbacks were pretty much worth only a few HP and were mainly for the looks/sound aspect.

According to Cobb changing the muffler is only worth a couple hp, I'm sticking with stock cuz I like it quiet anyways :)
