I thought this was old news. I've seen one Legacy GT with the H6 badge on the trunklid already.

Lat I heard it wasn't the lagacy sedan it's the outback sedan who is getting the H6 engine, but that was old news maybe this is new...

haha the news around here is always funny. The Legacy GT still has the underpowered lil 2.5 but the outback sedan thing whatever the hell it is gets the 6.

I really doubt there willl be a manual tranny h6 with out some serious changes. I have heard that the h6 just eats the 5spds up. To much low end torque. Sounds like a job for the 6spd to me

Why not pull some expertise from the Euro diesel trannies. Those engines pull an insane amount of torque down low and at least over there, the majority are mated to manual boxes.

I really dont see a problem the b4 tranny can obviously handle all this and more....hello subaru????

If you're looking for more HP in the Legacy, just wait a bit..... and it will come...

but it won't be the H6 but turbo only.....
