Any body got a base map for an STI, FP-RED ,850cc, UTEC, Big Maf,TGV Delete, ect... My buddy just got these put on his car and with an AWD dyno or shop no where even close we need to get this thing somewhat driveable. So far the car wants TONS of fuel to idle and free rev. Way tooo much its not normal. Once we cross over into the 20-30 load collums around 3500-4000 rpm's it goes way lean(via w/b) around 5-7 psi of boost and jerks like crazy and wont rev any further. We tried to add a little bit of fuel at a time untill we were maxing out the injectors at only 8 psi! We have steady idle and vaccum but Im talking we are adding like 20-30 more fuel just to get it to idle??? Anybody got any ideas or a base map to send me?? Thanks

Look I'll be frank. With those levels of mods you really need a Pro UTEC Tuner or someone with decent experience. A good start is those 850cc injectors and I asuming you are using OLF mode try setting the injector injector size to 650-700. Look at your Fuel Trims (you'll need an ODBII tool) ST/LT and ajust injector size if Trims are too positive/negative. This will be a bit complicated since you have a BIGMaf as it flows more air. This is why the car wants more fuel at idle as it doesn't know about the 850cc and BIGMaf. Also have you done TPS Calibration, set Parameters etc before tuning?
I recommend you read Micks UTEC Tuning Guide located over at wrxhackers or PDX Tuning sites and the UTEC Manual many times over.
Good Luck!

Ive read that manual a million times . Something isnt right with the car. I had the same mods on my wrx and I tuned it to run perfect in about a 1/2 hour on the road. This car wants WAY to much fuel. All parameters are set. Seems like we've tried everything in the book but we end up dead in the water with maxed out inj. and a maxed out Mod MAF.... at only 8psi - 4000 rpm......
