What block?

I for 500awhp W/ Nos, you shouldn't have to run a closed deck block and crank. Assuming you have an STI EJ257 block, I'd add cams, p&p heads, and some Arp headstuds. A 44m wastegate should be fine. Be sure to have forged pistons.

I'd talk to Phil at Element Tuning. With the mods you have, you should get to what you're looking for with his GT65 turbo kit. Just run that turbo with injection and forget the nos.

+1 for not necessary to run a closed deck block. I'm basing that on the fact that there are so many I've seen on here with stock block at above 500hp and there are so few that I've read closing their decks.

fwiw, CGperformance will do this for you.
