towards the bottom, sb-04 or sb-05. It just replaces the plastic according style elbow...after the MAF sensor. I would get it just as a dress-up piece.

Thats friggin SICK looking, I want, and naw just reset your ECU, I wouldnt think that would need tuning. Its just an air intake. How much is it?

You do need to tune for an intake. I am talking about just the small section that replaces the elbow. Because it is after the sensor, it was my thought that it would not require tuning for.

I would think that most parts after the sensor would not *require* a re-tune, as an intake pipe does not, and I would not think this would greatly change the airflow. However, I don't know this for a fact, and the only way to check would be to ask the manufacturer about AFRs, I suppose.
I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that on a near stock forced induction setup, modifying the intake portion of the system does not provide substantial improvement, unless it changes the airflow and subsequently leaning out the system. That said, I don't have a lot of evidence to back this up, and I am planning on laying down the cash eventually for both the APS inlet pipe and an intake while remaining mostly stock. Maybe I can get some solid numbers on before and after to substantiate my theory. Good luck.

if you're talking about the complete system, including the airbox, you should probably get it tuned, as it will most likely make you run lean. if you just want the section between the maf sensor and the plastic turbo inlet, you will probably be fine. the biggest difference that piece is going to make is smoothing out the airflow. it shouldn't have too much of an effect on the amount of air that gets sucked in, assuming the stock airbox and filter are still in place. that piece looks like it is basically the same design as the zero/sports one:
