Would one of these be safe for our engines. I am wanting to do a catch can but was wondering if we could use one of these as I have found a nice one.

LOOOOTS of people use catch cans....there's no reason they would be unsafe.

you missed the important part.....with a breather element?

I am runny a Greddy catch can with a breather element, no problems....

According to the Catch Can FAQ, no don't use a ventilated catch can.
