View Full Version : want an oil cooler but already using a sandwitch adapter for oil pressure ands temp..

so what are my options? oil galley plug? Also since i'm running a fmic is there an oil cooler that fits under the sti hoodscoop? seems like it would be a good place to mount one.....assuming no leaks....




help?

You can safely stack sandwich adaptors.

The process west oil cooler comes with a sandwich adapter that has 4 ports. 2 for oil flow to and from the core, and 2 extra for your gauges. You could then sell your other sandwich adapter. You may however need some adapter fittings to get your gauges hooked up to the process west sandwich adapter

there is an STi in the current SCC with an M1 oil cooler mounted under the hood scoop.

I have always been under the school that adding something into your oil flow is just another thing that could leak. I went the galley plug route.
