Guys,
I'm a complusive car nut and have been considering a new WRX. Why do you love your WRX and has it measured up to all the hype? Also, I though white and silver looked boring but after seeing some pictures, they look clean with the right wheels.
I like it when the bottom molding matches the body, Have most of yall painted it custom? The colors under consideration are Blue, white, maybe silver. Is there a single site with lots of pictures?

you can look at the color's on subaru.com They all look good, blue, white, silver. If you don't like to wash the car, get silver or white, hide's the dirt pretty well. I'm happy with it cause its somewhat quick (and with some mod's pretty darn quick) handles great, you can drive it all seasons, reliable, holds the value, very reasonable priced, must I go on?? :) get it you'll be happy with your decision.
Most pictures you see do not do the WRX justice. You must see the car in person, and you will be surprised how much better it looks. Silver and blue seem to be the favorites, but I saw a white one the other day and it looked really impressive.
Why do I love the WRX? Well for one thing I used to drive a Dodge Shadow, it's about as far down the food chain from the Viper as you can get. So for me the change was an incredible step up. I don't know how you will feel about the WRX if your used to driving a Viper around.

Should you get a WRX? It depends on what you want in a vehicle. If you want a straightline racer, you have better choices. If you want a boulevard cruiser, look elsewhere. If you want a little pocket rocket that has good power, turns on a dime, and stops well ... all for about $25k, you have made the best choice. This is cheap thrills at its best!
As for color, black looks good, especially if debadged and kept plain. White is good, especially if you want to add graphics. Blue is the factory racing color (my color of choice). All the German cars come in silver if you are in to the Bavarian thing. Yellow is a very limited edition color (about 450 made this year). And there is red, too. So it boils down to your personal preference.:D
