I was messing around under the dash today and found this green clip unclipped. I did not unclip it, well im 99% sure i didn't, and was wondering what it was and should it be clipped together? It is located in line with the steering column about 9 inches back from the edge of the dash. Oh its an 06 WRX limited.

Those green plugs are for PDI and diagnostic use only, they are supposed to be left disconnected. Leave them alone.
