Yep that's right my WRX is back and better then ever. They had the car for 2 1\2 weeks. Spent some time rebonding with the car yesterday along with JaMa and WRXNate. It's very good to have her back. I can not believe the amount of power I am getting out my WRX now that she is healthy again. MY Brullen turbo back full race exhaust is awesome and it must be at least a 20hp mode. The dealer did make a few mistakes however:
1. I had a small coolant look because the dealer didn't order a new clamp for the coolant hose that comes off the turbo. We resolved this with a new clamp and some water for the coolant I lost.
2. My inatake hose poped off the turbo yesterday while in boost due to a loose hose clamp. This was solved my loosening the intercooler mount and sliding the hose over the turbo and tightening it tight.
3. The dealer backed into something at the dealer and tried to cover up the mark with touch up paint. Needless to say I know my car very well and when I got it back it was the first thing I noticed. I complained to the service manager for a 1/2 hour and they agreed to repaint the bumper finally. My license plate cover was cracked and the plate was bent as well. Doesn't suprise me one bit the dealer would try to cover something like this up with some touch up paint thinking the *typical* owner would not notice. Now I get to live with a repainted bumper. Bastards...
Anyway, it's great to have the car back and running healthy again. I believe I have a high 13 second car now. Did I mention the Brullen has a wicked cool deep V8 sound to it? My it's nice, time to go drive...
