Just wondering if I could get a 2nd opinion on this Y-pipe and if it would even be any different than the stock pipe? Its only like 60 bucks so I dunno. Let me know what you think.....

Well for starters the STI and WRX aren't a UNIVERSAL y-pipe so I find it hard to believe that this will fit both (the space between the inlets on the bottom of the tmic are spaced differently - hency why my sti y-pipe won't fit on my txs tmic but the stock wrx y-pipe will)...
Other then that - Don't waste your money. You won't notice enough of a difference to make it worth it. Spend your $60 on some new plugs - some good gas - some hood struts(they'll likely add as much performance as the ebay y-pipe lol)
... Save for a better TMIC ;) ect ect...
Plus when they advertise 10X more stronger run away unless they also list proceeds from said y-pipe will be going to pay for furthering of the seller's education
ill say its worth it if .. not for the power
but for the ease of install the stock krinkel deal is a pain!

And being metal, it gets to retain more heat than a silicone replacement. I wouldn't even think of buying that thing. Get a Samco, Vishnu, etc. silicone y-pipe if you do upgrade. They're 3-4 hp at best.
