Here is a small list of the parts on my car concerning the motor specs:
JE Piston 91mm
Pauter Rods with ARP bolts
Subaru stock bearings
ARP head bolt stud
GT30R turbo kit (.63A/R)
2.5 inch uppipe
3 inch down pipe
Legacy twin turbo JDM heads with big port.
STI V7 Spec C cams
HKS spark plug range 8
Aquamist water injection
Pinks STI Mod. 850 cc injectors

The question is how much Nitrous can I give this motor on top of 24 or 26 PSI of boost of my GT30R with out pushing it to the limits .
I have a 50 shot on the car at the moment and I don’t feel the car gaining any real power with 50 shot, I am thinking of putting 75 or even a 100 shot in the system. But I am afraid of the motor being hurt on the process… I know that the Pauter rods and JE piston have been tested above 650 WHP with out any issue and the stock bearing. it what Quirt recommended me to put on my engine for my built up. He says that the stock bearing it what he uses in his motor for built up.

I need nitrous as a spool up for my big GT30R turbo on small EJ2.0 engine.

It is not so much the shot size as how it is tuned that will limit you.
Lean out a 35 shot and your going to be buying new pistons. Folks have run 100 shots on the OEM stock 2.0 L and kept the engine together ( can't say the same for the rest of the drive train).

The Nitrous manufactures generally suggest you limit your nitrous to a max of about 20 hp / cylinder. Above that your pushing the envelope and your margin for error goes down quickly. That is why the domestic crowd can get away with 150 and 200 shot systems is they are typically feeding 8 cylinders so they are not far from the 160 hp shot that would be the recommended limit.

With your ARP studs that will help you some to keep head gaskets in it, but I would suggest you be very careful if you attempt to go over a 75 shot as you will probably only get one tuning mistake. Make sure your fuel system and all the safety equipment (WOT switch, clutch safety switch, rev limit window switch etc. are properly configured) You DO NOT want to hit fuel cut while spraying so make sure your window switch will cut off the nitrous before the ECU would do a fuel cut for any reason.

is this a wet-kit or dry? you could avoid alot of hassle by switching to a wet kit, wont have to worry so much about leaning out.

Is a wet NX kit.....
The drive train is a JDM close ratio 6 speed with Cusco differential.... :)
I have a WB install in the car I will monitor the AFR after installing the shot to see how it leans out.
I will tray the 75 shot first to see how the AFR stays, if the car goes lean I will put a bigger jet in the gas and leave the Nitrous the same.
And for the 100 shot I will start with a bigger jet on the gas side of what NX recommend to be on the safe side.
Jets I will use for the 75 are 46 nitrous and 26 on gas..
On the 100 shot I will use 52 nitrous and 28 gas or 32.
