ok i have been getting parts together ,as well as dealing with the dealers insurance company for leaving the filter loose on my 2.0l motor. the dealer is paying for alot but not the upgraded stuff. here is my list i am not going to change anything it is set in stone ;) forged sti 2.5l with cp pistons, ported and polished wrx heads w/ new valves with a radius grind, helix 264 cams dual springs and titanium retainers, and arp head studs, aps turbo inlet tube, aps headers,pe800 cc injectors, and the aps 70mm intake, and the aps sr55 turbo,or the dr55 not sure yet. all of the stuff on the front of the motor will also be new .ie... water pump all idlers, tensioner, cam gears oil pump, and covers. i will keep everyone posted :D it goes in today looking at 7-10 days providing the machine shop is not backed up. i am shooting for 390-400whp i think with these mods i will get more ,but 400 is the goal.

i think you'll be at 400... i dont see why not. the sr55 is a good fast turbo.

btw, the dealor also left my filter loose when i took it in a couple months ago and when i went to change the oil 2k miles later, i bearly unscrewed the filter and it fell out into my hand WTF!

but as for the new set-up.... you car is gonna rip. keep me posted!

Very nice setup. 400whp should be cake if you're going on race gas.

I hope you're nice to your tranny. Looks good. Are those pistons the "drop in" kind, or are you going to have everything done right?
