I took mine out to do the JDM bulb arrangement and when I put it back in I didn't have the seal quite right so it leaked some water in when I washed the car, I removed the enclosure and got the water out but now I can't get the condenation out of the inside of the lense, what should I do?

You could bring it inside over night so it warms up, also remove all the bulb holders. You could even put a few desicant packs inside if you have any handy. You might tie a string or something around each pack to make extraction simple.
