Any one know if a Version IV STI Ra ECU Can be reflashed....All wiring is legit I had everything wired at a dealer so my OBD-II works..I have a VF-22 and a front mount so I want to try to tune for that..If not I'm possibly looking to get another ECU like the APEXI Power FC...If any one can help just post info...

Version 4 huh... Didn't those have the JECS procs in them. I don't think anyone can flash those yet. I know EcuTek can do Version 5 and up RA's.

nope a ver 4 ecu is not flashable

I like my PowerFC w/Commander in my Civic. Get that and FC-Edit from the New Zealand guys and you're set.
