okay so i wanted to do a 1-3 gear pull. i redlined 1st and was about to shift into second. then the problem came. it would NOT go into second, so you can imagine the grind in the gear. the rev went down to abour 3k and finnaly went into second. so i stopped , and it would not go back into first :rolleyes:


i immediatly went home to check things out. turned the car off and treid going into first, and it fiannaly went in. so i tried shifting from 1st to 2nd with the car off and it felt like there was somthing blocking it in between shifts, it felt really rough.

now somtimes when im in neutral and i push the shifter all the way to the left it wont center back to the middle. its not a sping problem because when i push it all the way to the right in neutral and let go of it it goes back to the center


what the hell happened?

i still have trouble going into first somtimes


time for RA gears?

mods: helix downpipe, uppipe, sti tmic, hks sov, intake mod

drain the fluid and see if anything comes out.

possible broken sgift fork.
Do you get over-enthusiastic going into 2nd? i.e. slamming the shifter into 2nd
