So now that my car is wingless the trunk springs are to tight and the first time i popped my trunk i almost shattered my rear window. Has anyone gone from wingless or from a wrx wing to an sti wing, and be interested in swapping springs?

If that don't work, try taping those lead strips you get at hardware stores to the top of it.

I have the exact opposite problem, my trunk is hard to open.
