Getagrip 04-07-2006, 12:34 PM Conti is a Cobb dealer. Do I smell access port? Need Money 04-07-2006, 04:56 PM Injectors and fuel pump buy used. VF34 buy new, sorry not sure what vendor though. tribalwrx 04-07-2006, 05:08 PM hey amor gruppe-s usually has a deal with that set up in mind for around 1300-1350 but you can choose to either go with the sti pinks or a set of helix 660cc injectors instead, check the threads or try there website. mike edo2000 04-07-2006, 07:54 PM This is good information. I'm toying with the idea also. brian_i 04-07-2006, 09:55 PM well i think it's time for ms. dsy to get more power. anyone wanting to sell these items off their car? if not then which vendor would you guys prefer? i'de appreciate as much input as possible. thanks. lol... "so what does the vinshu chip do?".... "ionoe other than it makes it go faster lol" .. haha gatta love those funny convos of ours  :disco: 02MissDaisy 04-07-2006, 11:47 PM ^^^^hahaha. yeah, i'm currently running a vishnu reflash chip programmed for stage zero. but here's the thing, if i send it off to vishnu and get it reflashed to stage 2 with just these three mods (vf34, pinks, and pump) i should be running a 12.6s qrt mile time. so far i'm happy with vishnu and how it performs in my car but it's time to stage up two notches  brian: to answer your question about my chip or any other engine management system out there here it is...to my understanding and from what i see, when you run an engine management (reflash chip/ access port/ utec) to your car you run more gas, spark, air, and boost to your engine which allows your car to run faster with your mods you have on. but at the same time it also makes sure you don't over boost or run too rich/ lean with a proper tune. thanks for the input so far. i'll see what i can find out there :D 02MissDaisy 04-07-2006, 11:48 PM Conti is a Cobb dealer. Do I smell access port? Cobb < Vishnu :disco: lover707 04-08-2006, 12:06 AM cobb < Vishnu but cobb is way cheaper.. then vishnu.. if u have a lot of money to burn..and a car that can sit at home until ecu arrives.. hell yeah.. or buy another ecu.. but that stuff cost alot more then my cobb ap.. for me, i dont have time to waste without my car running.. take about 1 week to send, 2 days to flash and resend, 1 to to get back.. 2 1/2 week without the car running.. too long for me.. how much is a reflash now.. 500?? or is it just 200 for a rereflash.. 02MissDaisy 04-08-2006, 12:07 AM http://www.vishnutuning.com/wrx_stage2_v350.htm buying needmoney's stock ecu and it's free for a flash to stage two lover707 04-08-2006, 12:10 AM nice.. free reflash.. cheap ecu.. works out great for u.. LiLpNoY 04-08-2006, 12:17 AM Vishnu looks pretty cool. Do you have to get their piping or can you get just any 3" dp and exhaust. When I reflashed my RSX ecu it was down for less then a week. Two days of shipping one day to reflash. I think I only took three or four days. 02MissDaisy 04-08-2006, 12:27 AM ^^^i don't think it realy matters. just as long you allow the exhaust out of your turbo to leave with no restrictions. WRX8U82 04-08-2006, 12:37 AM 04rex- Paul, ran a 12.7 w/ your exact same set up, but w/ a 3 inch turbo back...so 12.6 is reasonable, but only with a REALLY good 60'ft. I think you can research his 60'ft to see what he had to get his 12.7....I know some of the OG's remember him... , we had to post our timeslips or had witnesses in order for our times to be "proven"....ah good times good times! subydaddy 04-08-2006, 01:09 AM http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=978216 $1250 shipped |
