I am having trouble finding rear fitment Brake pads for my 2004 forester XS.

I bought akebono pads for my impreza from tirerack, and was going to do the same for the forester, but i am only finding front fitments.

Tirerack does not list akebono's (only satisfied pro) for the 04 forester xs.
akebonos catalog site does show a front fitment, but not a rear fitment:

What years and models have the same fitments for he fronts and the rears as my 04 forester XS?
