Well I took my car back from a local dealer after problems they were giving us on fixing the car, when I took it in it was reading too high of an EGT temp and giving me one hell of a fuel cut. I replaced all o2 sensors and the egt sensor in the uppipe. So I started my car and there is still a code, but now the code is for Aux Emission, Im not quite sure what could cause this code so I figured I would see if anybody here might have an idea, Thanks.

Edit: the car still is throwing the code but is driving normal.

Also, what mods, if any, do you have.

All I have is a catless uppipe. Maybe that is the cause of the code?

If you posted the code here, it would greatly boost your chances of an answer. ;)

Nevermind, after about a week of having the code, I started my car and the light was gone, problem solved. Could it have been somthing clogging a cat? My stock downpipe sat in my garage for a while and im thinking somthing got inside and clogged the cat, either way problem solved.

The problem is not solved. If the light went out it only means that the ECU did not detect the problem over several successive driving cycles. This does not mean it is all better and will never come back. Also the code is still in memory so you should still go get it read.
As for the cat clogging, nothing "gets inside" and clogs it. They clog from too much unburnt fuel leaving carbon deposits that eventually restrict exhaust flow.
