any major differences? and do i need to swap the rails too? or would it swap over using the stock rails?

and anybody know if its possible to switch out the dash gauge to the sti red electronical gauges too?

Not sure about the seats, but if you switch the dash out you will void your entire subaru warranty. (I was told that at subaru flatirons) THe parts guy there was telling me that some guy switched the dash on his wrx to the STi dash and they wouldnt cover him under warranty at all for anything. So you might not want to do that

the chassis of the 05-06 wrx or sti didnt change, so your seat bolts in the same place as the other year. and voiding warranties is bad mmkay! -keith

I don't think the MY05 and MY06 gauge cluster can be swapped out. The MY06 have the CAN system with the Body intergrated Unit. If they are anything like the MY05 Legacy that uses the CAN then gauge cluster is much differant than the MY05 WRX without the CAN system. Example, in the legacy the coolant temp signal comes from the ECU via the CAN, not from the sensor. The Vehicle speed comes from the ABS to the Gauge cluster then to the ECU via the CAN.
