Did they give a reason as to why? Limited number?

Those are beautiful, same color scheme as the Ralliart wheels they make for Nismo.

For the CE28N, whats the best size and offset for an 06 STI that is about 1 - 1.5 inches lowered?

Is the 17x9 to wide? Or is the 18x8.5 +52 to much of an offset?

I would go 18x8.5, 17x7.5 is to narrow.

+52 will do you fine
