What is the max boost that all you guys are seeing in gears 1-5? Mine is as follows.
1st-10psi
2nd-14.Xpsi
3rd-14.Xpsi
4th-15.2psi
5th-15psi

When I first went the Stage II route, I only did the Realtime map and left the Base map at Stage I. I was seeing 16.5psi in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears. Then I read that it's a good idea to also run the Stage II base map with the realtime map so I reflashed. My car felt a lot slower right off the bat but I didn't think much of it because I thought that my car had to go through a little bit of a learning process. Well, almost two weeks later and my car still felt slow so I went for a ride with the AccessPort hooked up to read boost. Sure enough, my car wasn't hitting the boost levels that I saw when I was running just the Realtime Stage II map. What's going on here?

1st-0-8psi?
2nd-15.6psi
3rd-16.8psi
4th-16.8psi
5th-16.8psi

Are you getting a lot of flutter?
I bet you need to tighten the wastegate arm 2 turns

i turned my wastegate arm 1 turn and was spiking over 18 and the comp would cut to 11. i was hitting 15 before, 15 after i put it back

then i put on my tube and fin FMIC, went down to 12, put a mbc on and make it a steady and nice pulling 16.
egts never go over 15-1550 tops, and that my top 3rd gear around 90-109mph

I did a reset last night by disconnecting the battery. Reflashed the realtime Stage II but it's still only hitting like 16lbs in 4th gear and 4th gear only. I'm getting pissed. I'm not hearing any wastegate flutter at all when at full throttle. Only when slowly stepping on the gas.

Can someone explain how to tighten the wastegate arm. I've looked it over but I'm still clueless. Thanks

Dude, you are 0.5 psi from where you were before and you are above the stage 2 target boost. Do you know how many variables can account for 0.5psi?!? Humidity, temperature, heatsoak, phase of the moon, anything! You are making boost that is in the upper half of target range, don't worry about it... Don't go screwing with the wastegate arm over that, seriously.

Do you even know what the stage 2 target boost is? You are fine.

Man you need to read the mapnote to find out what the stage 2 target boost is. If you are hitting 16psi you are already over the target boost. chill man.

i was only hitting 15 psi on stage too so i turned my wastegate arm 2 turns and am hitting 16.5 now. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=824323&highlight=wastegate+actuator+arm

If you're hitting 16 lbs you're fine.

I have a factory boost gauge that reads in MPa. How many lbs is .1 ??
