I need new spark plugs because I am kind of spuddering in higher rpms... and I think this is the problem... I think that I just want to get the OEM NGK platinums (PFR6Gs).... but I am going to be gettin a new downpipe and going stage 2 in about a month... will these plugs be fine??... or should I get one step colder ones?

Read the sticky above by Unabomer, you'll find a lot of info there.
As for plugs, I went with NGK V-power. These are copper cores which are good and most of all cheap. Only downside, they need to replaced annually. So if you don't mind working on it yearly, I say go for it.
Note: AP Stg 2 93.

You didn't say if you are doing/have done anything else to your engine.
Unless you are going for bigger power improvements, ie; bigger turbo, internals, etc., you should stick to the stock range plugs.
Just because you are "spuddering" in higher rpms, by itself, does not indicate a need for new plugs. There could be other reasons, like ignition problems unrelated to the plugs.
How old are the plugs and did you pull the plugs and check them over? What do they look like?
