Something in my heating/cooling fan system stopped working last week. So no air blows out of the vents. The temp selector and position selector work fine, but the on/off/hi/low switch doesn't do squat.

So I was looking around today for to see what wrong and I noticed a 4 pin electrical connector just sitting there in my engine bay. Its in the far back left corner of the engine bay.(I'll get some pics)

I looked around and couldn't find anything to connect to it. I cant tell if it got disconnected recently, but it kinda looks like its been like that for a while.

What is this connector for? and Where the hell is it supposed to be connected to?

If anyone thinks they know whats up with my fan, that would help too.

Ken

I looked for an electrical diagram, but couldn't find one. Could someone send me one?

It's for a cruise control vacuum actuator. There's also a connector for the control unit hidden in the driver footwell, and one for the switch. Back then, cruise control was a dealer- (or DIY) installed accessory.
