I've got a 2003 WRX Sedan, and while changing my fluids today I noticed that the passenger corner of the plastic skid plate at the front of the car was loose. It looks like one of the plastic rivets that should hold plastic guard in place fell out (the hole it should be in looks undamaged). Any ideas on where I could find a replacement rivet?

Dealer, or take another one into a parts store and match it up with what they have.

Wait! Don't use those stinking plastic things again. They are total crap and if you feel like waiting for a much better replacement in the mail get some of these:

They are called screwdriver-nuts or jack nuts, depending on who you talk to, and you can order them from Mcmaster-Carr. I used 1/4 ones, for which I had to open up the existing holes to 3/8. But, they sell another size in 8-32, I think, that would probably go in without any drilling. They locate a blind nut on the backside of the existing holes so you can use bolts. Get some SS hardware and your days of breaking those plastic pieces of crap are over!

That sounds like a good idea - I hate those plastic fasteners. Wonder if you can find those at home depot or lowes?

I never even knew about them until I found them while browsing mcmaster. Go check them out, if you haven't already.
