Has anyone with an '02-'03 WRX converted their center console to the new '05-'06 center console? Also, how hard is it to convert to the automatic climate control dash? That is so much nicer than the stock '02 center console. (a little less sport, little more luxury with that piece!). :p If someone has can you please post pics and what is needed for this, maybe some links?

well if you like the newer dash you can just get a center console and armrest from an '05+ RS. they dont have auto climate control. some people on here have done that swap but i dont remember names right now.

the only thing is the parking brake is on the other side of the tranny tunnel, it might just bolt right up on the other side, i was thinking of doing the 05 console in my 04 but when i realized the e-brake handle was on the other side it turned me off to it

also the auto climate control is only good if you arn't opening the door alot, i barely use mine in my 04 it may be different in the 05

I mean besides the console itself, what sensors/HVAC mods, etc needs to be swapped. It's not a matter of use as much as I just like the look more..
