cuz they sell Spec Cs here in america and all?
that would be like asking for a 1999 WRX sparkplug; to pepboys mainframe's knowledge, there is no such thing.

No, but if you hold a spark plug in front of them, they can figure out what it is. Hence "pull one", one referring to spark plug. And yes, if you pulled a spark plug out of a 99 wrx and took in only the spark plug, they should be able to match it by entering in the model of the spark plug. If he is actually looking to replace spark plugs for a Spec C, that would work. If he's just curious, someone with heads will answer.

Yeah, but if he had one, he wouldn't be asking here. He would look up the model number and get more. (If he had any sense)

Pep Boys cannot tell you what a spark plug is if you hold it up in front of them. They would ask what year, how many doors, what engine, does it have AC, what color, did it come with a factory radio, does it have disc brakes, manual or automatic. And then they could tell you that WRX's do not use spark plugs because it is not listed.
If I had a plug, I would just walk behind the counter and open up the cross ref books. Without a plug- start here. Search here. I have seen a site linked that listed all specs for all EJ motors. I think it was ravensblade's website.

A guy over here in the UK pulled his spark plugs on his Spec-C and i believe they were NGK PFR7B's from the factory.
