Last post till May 1st. We're closing for the week of April 22nd for some R&R, not be confused with R&D....haha, though there is plenty of that going on.

May will be a MAJOR busy month(see below) so a little vacation time is in order. Here is what folks can look foward to seeing from MadDad/Daddy's SCP in May.


*MadDad(TM) Clarity Rx Series performance gauges will be released. Designed for the WRX owner with white digits, green backlighitng, red needle, factory matched face/font design, precision stepper motor driven, built-in warning lamp, power on needle sweep/self diagnotics and a rediculous intro price of $359.95 for Boost, EGT, Oil Press. All electronic of course, with quality sending units.

* First showing of MadDad(TM) Clarity Ti series gauges. Economical line for the STi owner with factory matched face/font, Amber/Red lighting, black-out effect on power off, needle sweep on power-on, contrast dimming when headlights are turned on. All electronic including boost. Sensibly priced at $359.95 for Boost, EGT, Oil Press.

* First showing of MadDad(TM) Clarity Ultra Series gauges - high end line with adjustable warn, peak, aux. control of radiator fan(tied to water and oil temp warning points), Volt meter with integrated turbo timer, power on needle sweep/self diagnostic.....and everything controlled by wireless remote, no need to figure out where to mount a control module. STi styled with full Black-Out effect, factory matched face/font. Initially available in Amber/Red. White and Green to follow.

*New MadDad(TM) Whisper 2.5" Axleback exhausts will finally ship to customers

* New MadDad(TM) Whisper 3" Catback will be released for the Forester XT

*First showing of the brand new MadDad(TM) Velocity V2 Uppipe/Header combo. Integrated EGT bung in the manifold, brand new MadDad(TM) specific 45mm velocity uppipe replacing the current 48mm that comes with this header for quicker turbo spool and even better low-end midrage.

*First showing of the brand new MadDad(TM) BellFlex downpipe. The first bellmouth offered by MadDad(TM) will be a full 3" downpipe with integrated flex joint and dual 02 sensors(one for turning/wideband). Pricing should make it a no brainer and a lower cost no-flex version will also be offered.

*First showing of 2 new MadDad(TM) Velocity 3" Catback exhausts(w/resonators and flex sections)

*First showing of 2 new MadDad(TM) Velocity 2.5" Axleback exhausts

...and if the stars are aligned the first showing of the new hybrid core MadDad(TM) nICE TMIC

Thats the R&D going on.
