If a AP is married to another car will it work with my car? If not what steps do I need to take to make it useable with my car?

what if you revert it to stock settings. then is it considered unmarried?

theres an option on the AP itself that says revert to stock. u do that on the original car it was married to and that will unmarry it and make it able to be put on another car of that same year and type.

It will always revert to the stock map if you unmarry it. You can not choose which map to flash when you unmarry.

how will the car run back on the stock map..with all the same mods on the car.......will it just not run up to its full potential ....I was giving it to the next person who buys the car..but just wondered if I could make money by selling it sperate..and still sellin the car like it is...thanks

if ure gonna sell the car with the mods, its a good idea to sell the AP with it. otherwise, all ure doing is selling a car with mods and a stock ecu that cant handle the mods. i almost ran into the problem of putting an intake in a car with a stock ecu and i got yelled at by almost all the ppl on NASIOC. so ya, sell the AP with a modded car, or take the mods off and sell everything seperately.
