Unfortunately not, you have to have an AccessPort and you need to flash an OTS map with the tuner's signature on it. This will allow them to tune your map for your car.

i see that you have your car tuned by surge i was thinking of taking it to them to have them tune it.

OTS = Off The Shelf. It's the generic map from Cobb for the specific setup. For example, I have a VF34 turbo and I originally used Cobb's VF34 map. I went to Surge and flashed the VF34 map again but this one is specifically from Surge. It's the same map, but it has to be used becuase it allows Surge to connect to my ECU.

The guys at Surge are awesome and I highly encourage you to give them a call. Unless you have an AP that they can use to flash their map, you probably won't be able to do the ProTune. This is my understanding of how it works. They can tell specifically what you need to have and do though.

Good luck. You won't be dissapointed with a ProTune.
