Here's the story.... just after i got my car it got hit in the parking lot at school... the only damage was to the passenger side headlight.... a few weeks later i started getting condensation in the headlight... 2 weeks ago i took the headlights apart and dried it out and put it back together... and now the condensation is back.. but there are no visible cracks in the housing

Does anyone know a way to completely seal off the headlight?
I know buying new headlights would work but money is a factor right now...

I don't know how to seal them to get rid of the condensation. But if you need to purchase the housings, first look here in the classifieds, if you don't find them, you can order them here: https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/oe_parts_cat.html

Good Luck!

what kind of damage are we talking about here? you would need to know where the housing is cracked to be able to seal it up.

Use an air compressor. Remove the rubber on top of the vent holes in the back of the housing, and plug all but one, using the last hole as the fill hole for the compressor. Splash some soapy water all over the housing while pumping a low pressure stream of air into the light housing and watch for bubbles.

(same method is used on tires for leaks too ;) )
