i am asking iffff 235 /40 /17 would b ok for this rim? thats what i really want

i really dont wana go 225/45/17.. please any suggestions or yes or no's thanks everyone

Will fit fine unless you have wheels with some stupid offset.

I have 235/40-17 on 17x8 +48 wheels, no fender mods needed.

...be sure to post up just how long the struts lasted, when they pop-----a 235/40 is all good....unless, as above, yer wheels are the wrong offset
