i was wondering is this normal

It might be normal, but I wouldn't know as this is the 2.0L forum and your question should be in the engine management forum. POST IN THE RIGHT FORUM NEXT TIME!!!!

I would speak to Vishnu about this, sounds like the tune is a little off and causing the ECU to yank the boost out because of a variety of problems. If you are still having problems or can't get through just contact us and we will be more than willing to get a properly programmed ECU into your vehicle.
