What do you think of this? It looks ok to me i guess. Im kinda interested in buying it. Thoughts/opinions?

Looks kinda fishy. Never seen those before, maybe they're ok. Or they can melt everything in the headlight housing...they're friggin' HUGE. :D

just get JDM projectors or morrets...then you could use REAL HID

Those are not HIDs, they are highly overdriven halogen bulbs. And they are blue as hell for lots of glare.
You don't want to buy crap like this.
Please read the HID FAQ at the top of the forum, even real HIDs are not a good idea in your factory reflector light housings. If you really want to upgrade your lights for better performance, projectors are the way to go either in the form of a retrofit into the original housings or aftermarket lights such as Morettes, EDMs etc.
