Hey guys,

Stupid question, looking for recommendations.

I bought a gauge pod for my STi, and it turned out to be made out of fiberglass, well I took 2 out of the 3 gauges out because I already have my own to use. The last one will not come out! I tried heating it a bit, and tried some WD40, and its stuck in there! I don't want to break the pod, but I need this puppy out.

Any ideas guys?

....set it on top of yer TV(or someplace warm like that) for an hour

I've tried setting it ontop of a light, and it gets nice and evenly warm, but it won't even budge.

Is there a lubricant I could use?

...some of the resin from the fiberglass may be sticking to the gauge....try cold yet???

A buddy suggested turning a compressed air can upside down and using the cold air on the gauge and surrounding, but that also didn't do a thing.

By the looks of things, the gauges were put into the pod when the resin had already cured by examining the outside ring of the other 2 I already took out. But this last one is being impossible!
