I remember that Road Atlanta race track had a school using WRX STi Ver4. They had bunch of them. What happened to those STis in US? Anybody know?
I hope it didn't get scrapped.

Nope, the Panoz school is now using Audi products..dont know where those STi's went, hopefully they went to good homes instead of the crusher.

They had ONE and the students didn't get to drive it.

I took the two day Subaru/Panoz performance driving school a while back - the STi wasn't there at the time but when it was people could get hotlaps in it. (as passengers)

The 22B and a WRX STi III Type RA were each there for a while. The 22B is back at SOA HQ and the STi III (the same one that ran One Lap of America and was paired up with the Firebird in Sport Compact Car) was unfortunately crushed to comply with US import restrictions :(((

The Panoz relationship wasn't maintained for whatever reason and now Panoz offers a similar curriculum, but taught in Audi A4's.

If the fricking economy would improve I'd go take their 4 day GT racing school!
