Friday (two days ago) got tuned up at XX tuning by Tony.
I am finally CEL free or so i thought.. with the help of ecutek he 'turned off' the CEL for my TGV deletes, Light Flywheel Misfires. get home and all is good no cel for 2 days now the light came on today. but the code reader reads "pass, no codes" wont let me erase or anything.

the section on the reader for MIL light, says "ON" and underneath reads, if the car is on and running the MIL light is on. not sure why that would be if there is no code.

3 readiness checks failed but i dont think any of them would cause the cel. o2, evap system, and catalyst are all Not Ready. not sure why as ive driven it quite a bit since friday.

if anyone can help or has had similar issues please let me know as i'd like to get inspected asap as my sticker is expired.

What did you use to scan the ECU? Some scanners will not read all of the codes. ie. Cobb AP

no no no i have NO cel. this is an actron (i believe) reader. I reset the ecu yesterday it hasnt come back yet.

only thing i can think of is it has something to do with the code in the ecutek software.

The 20B0 code is an unknown code to Subaru, or they have not defined it yet. A default code when nothing has been defined. When we see it, it usually happens with the misfire codes. So shutting off the misfire codes will get of those codes but still does not remove the "unknown" code.

Question... so you permanently removed p301-p304 codes? Isnt that a bad thing.. just curious i have Cel issues possibly from my flywheel, exploring all the options.

i dont think it permamently removes them it changes the sensitivity of the code (voltage reading iirc). you can reflash ecutek to get rid of it.. id suggest getting a knock sensor though.

well my car was tuned fat for engine breakin, and i get the 20b0 after i let the car idle first start in the morning then drive . after 5 minutes or so the light will come on. i thought it was missfire when i first got it. you can feel it just a tiny little bit under very light throttle. anything else and it is smooth
