I'm having the same problem, but I don't really understand your post. I have a PDE downpipe which has never given me a CEL. I also have a a/f ratio plugged into the rear O2 sensor (I just needed something to fill the other spot in my other a-pillar hole.) When my ECU gets hot from "spirited driving" my fuse blows.
Basically, the instructor was driving my car, my fuse blew, and my car died. We towed it and then I pulled the fuse and swapped in a new one (car was off), and that fuse blew right away. Then, I took my ECU cover off, let everything cool down, and put in a new fuse. It worked and I drove home. Any ideas on my culprit?
