1. make sure your ecu is cool - (i have some wires wired into my ecu and i moved those apart to make sure they weren't touching each other)
2. unhook your battery
3. drain your power by hitting the brake
4. install the new fuse
5. plug in the battery
that worked for me. however, mine blew when my ecu was very hot AND we were in a turn. i wonder if the turn had anything to do with it. how weird... I wonder if that fuse blows when the ecu sees something weird (heat, etc...)

Maybe under extreme loads aka cornering or hitting bumps that wire underneat the rear seat gets pinched?
