I'm hearing conflicting reports of what rims I'll rub with.

Now I'm stock right now. 16x6.5 on my '05 RS Wagon and I'm assuming that the WRX Wagon is a 16x6.5 with the same suspension setup (maybe a little better)

but what I'm mainly concerned about is rubbing.

Now I've been told with a 225/45/17x7.5 setup I will rub.

But I somehow magically won't rub with a 215/45/17x75 setup.

Anyone care to ease my brain a little bit.

BTW the wheels I'm looking at are the Rota Torque 17x7.5 with a +48 offset on stock '05 RS Wagon suspension.
