well, you can still go longer than that, 30k per year is going to be a lot of highway miles I am assuming correct? just because you are going 30k miles in a year doesnt mean you are boosting more than any other average person unless you accelerate as fast as you can every single time to get up to speed.

done CORRECTLY, it will last.

also, the reason AVO and FAT kits only run 6psi is not just for constant reliability, its because they do not want to be held liable for people putting their kits on and blowing their motors because those kits do not come with fuel upgrades that make more than 6psi possible because that would cost more. if those kits came with upgraded pumps and injectors, they could offer a map for easily 9psi that is just as "reliable" as the 6psi one.

just a few thoughts from someone who has turbo'd their own car.
